Removes the dedicated frontend highlight contribution routes and sends highlight entry points to the all-contributions page with view=highlights params. Updates all-contributions so highlights are controlled by query parameters instead of route aliases. Refreshes the Ecosystem Projects subtitle and keeps loading skeleton counts explicit per section. Adjusts partner API tests to tolerate seeded partner data and includes the workspace package-lock name update.
