Reworks the Builder Resources page around GenLayer Skills, agent context, network access, starters, GenTV, tools, and deep-dive references.
Adds the coding-agents background asset and responsive stream-card sizing so the smaller GenTV cards stay readable.
Updates the copyable agent prompt with GenLayer context, skills, MCP, package/tool guidance, and SDK integration gaps.
Also carries the current root lockfile name update.
Validated with npm run build.
