Adds dedicated project profiles for featured builds while preserving the existing featured-build placement flow.
Project owners can manage profile content, media, links, participants, and related submissions from a focused editing experience.
Existing featured builds are copied into project profiles during migration, including their linked submissions and participants.
Validated the project profile and editor flows with focused checks.
