support for smoochie v2

I had always wanted some other options in firmware and this is a awesome one, the board is operating off of a esp32 s3 WROOM 1 UF chip. I cant code and have no experience with coding just wanted to see if its possible.

You should be able to flash the ESP32 Devkit firmware onto your Smoochie V2 (either the normal Devkit or the N16R8 depending on the board). It won't have support for peripherals specific to the Smoochie V2 (mostly the screen), but you should be able to use it
