Question: do you think that we should add this section on all repos? Geocoder being the main one, it makes sense to add it there, but for other projects related to Geocoder I don't know. Maybe a two-line explanation (from http://contributor-covenant.org/):

It's a good question! I think you're right a two-line text should be enough :) It's anyway a nice initiative ! <3
