The injected MCP skill and the docs tool table had drifted from what the grouped tools actually accept. The canonical reference now documents the service port action, which moves a service's primary published host port while keeping the bind on loopback and realigning a host-proxy site, and the framework prune action along with the in-use guard that remove now enforces unless forced. It also picks up two CLI-only flows assistants should know about, auth ssh for letting composer reach private git repos over a shared agent, and cleanup for reclaiming orphaned podman disk. The docs feature page gains the framework prune entry it was missing.
