Quick and dirty test of the Hierarchical Inference framework, ala dfm (Foreman-Mackey 2014, arxiv:1406-3020).

Generates data for the model y = m*x + b with Gaussian errors, fits to a model with MCMC (using emcee), and then samples the hyperparameters with MCMC.
