JS error when Resource has no Location

Seen on http://demo.geohealthcheck.com : when a Resource somehow has no Location (lat,lon), Leaflet Marker addition fails, plus rest of JS on page (like Tag boxes). Best shown in image below:

Fixing in JS would have to be done at several places using if resource.latitude ... etc checks in Jinja, and would render possibly more issues in future. Heart of the matter is that geocoding fails when creating DB record for Resource, so setting to "zero-island" at least keeps DB consistent and prevents JS errors in code.

Ok, reinserted failing Resource. No JS errors on demo site anymore. Now geocoding works, so may be temporary failure of geocoder service. May need a way to re-geocode but good for now...
