Logic

Delivering Kenya to Sleepy Guy now logically requires getting Kenya. This means Kenya's Gift will no longer be Sphere 1

New Settings

Route 32 Guy: now asks you for egg, any badge or just not bothering you at all. He will also tell you what he wants
Radio Tower Badges: Radio Tower Takeover is no longer tied to E4 badges, instead you can define a 1-16 range
Ilex Cut Tree: true/false
Skip E4: Allows you to battle Champ directly, skipping the E4

Gameplay

Added Azalea Town & Goldenrod City as valid Free Fly / Map Fly locations if they are not Sphere 1
HM compatibility is now minimum 50% instead of 0.3%. This will be revisited when Encounter Logic is implemented
Reactivated the Celebi Event. Unlocks when you give the GS-Ball to Kurt. GS-Ball is now a multiworld item
Headbutt & Rock Smash encounters are now properly randomized
Added a bunch of "speedchoice"-options: instant health bar & instant XP bar (controlled through disable battle scene setting) , lagfree menus (always on), instant text (controlled through instant text setting). These options will become more granular in the future.

Bugfixes

Prevent the same Pokémon species appearing twice in the starter selection
Radio Tower 3F Rocket Grunt now logically requires Card Key
Fix various NPCs (famously Misty) saying object Event
Fixed an INCREDIBLY rare bug (2 out of 100.000 generations) where when trainer parties are randomized, they are set to match type and types are random that sometimes a type would have no Pokémon and this trainer couldn't have any Pokémon. Thanks Eije.

New Locations

Rainbow Wing is now an item. It unlocks 4 new locations in the Ho-Oh Chamber in the Alph Ruins. Added a new location in Tin Tower 1F behind E4 where you normally get this
GS Ball is now an item (useful). It unlocks the Celebi Event. Added a new location in Goldenrod City Pokécenter which is locked behind E4 where you normally get this
