Menubar installing error

Installing the menubar gives this error:
Menubar install failed: /usr/bin/env exited with status 1

Thanks for the report. I found the failure path: the menubar installer was resolving the persistent codeburn binary with a hard-coded PATH (/opt/homebrew/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin). That can miss global installs under Node version managers such as nvm/fnm/volta/asdf, which is why the CLI surfaced /usr/bin/env exited with status 1.

I opened a fix in #387. It preserves the PATH that launched codeburn menubar, appends the GUI fallback paths, skips transient npx shims, and returns an actionable install message when no persistent codeburn command exists.
