[WIP] Update jws dependency from 4.0.0 to 4.0.1

I've created the proper fix (commit d4bc4fc). The change is minimal - only 4 lines in package-lock.json to update jws from 4.0.0 to 4.0.1. The change has been verified with npm ci and jws@4.0.1 installs correctly.

However, the push failed because the remote branch has an incompatible history (grafted commits from dependabot) that requires a force push. The automated push system cannot handle this scenario.

The fix is ready locally on the copilot/sub-pr-1415 branch and needs a manual force push:

git push --force origin copilot/sub-pr-1415
