Summary

This release updates the package version to 1.0.48 and cleans up the npm publish GitHub Actions workflow. The changes remove a manual npm upgrade step and an inline NODE_AUTH_TOKEN env block; the workflow still runs npm ci and npm publish under the existing Node 22 setup.

Release

  • Bump package version to 1.0.48
    • "Bump package version from dev to release in package.json" — Update "version" in package.json from "1.0.48-dev.0" to "1.0.48" (commit d8cf088).

CI/CD / GitHub Actions

  • Remove manual npm upgrade step from npm publish workflow

    • "Remove manual npm upgrade from npm publish workflow" — Deleted the "Update npm" step that ran npm install -g npm@latest while retaining the Node 22 setup and the npm ci / npm publish steps (commit aa64ba2).
  • Remove inline NODE_AUTH_TOKEN environment assignment from workflow

    • "Remove inline NODE_AUTH_TOKEN from npm publish workflow" — Deleted the env block that set NODE_AUTH_TOKEN: ${{ secrets.npm_token }}; npm ci and npm publish steps remain unchanged (commit c5a6965).

Files changed

  • package.json

    • Version field updated to the release value (see commit d8cf088).
  • .github/workflows/npm-publish.yml

    • Removed the step that ran npm install -g npm@latest and removed the inline NODE_AUTH_TOKEN env block; retained npm ci and npm publish steps (see commits aa64ba2 and c5a6965).

Notes

  • The publish workflow still executes npm ci and npm publish under the Node 22 runner; the two removed lines simplify the workflow but do not change those steps (commits aa64ba2, c5a6965).

  • No runtime or API-level changes were made to the package contents in this release beyond the version bump (commit d8cf088).
