[Feature Request] Enable support for custom headers for siteMonitor property

Description

v1.9.0 added full support for custom headers for widgets (#6125). However, this appears limited to widget connections and does not extend to the siteMonitor property used to monitor the availability of the service.

Much like the original feature request for custom headers for widgets (#2756), I protect my services behind Cloudflare Access and would like to use a Service Token bypass to grant Homepage access for service availability monitoring. Adding support for custom headers to the siteMonitor request would make this possible.
