[Feature Request] Phare.io Uptime Monitors

Hi everyone!

For uptime monitoring, I’m using phare.io, a service developed by an Estonian company. It offers a very generous and highly customizable plan: you get 100,000 requests per month, which you can allocate however you like (for example, checking your SSO every minute and Mealie every 5 minutes).

I’d love to start contributing to the project by creating a widget for phare.io, and to do that I need at least 20 upvotes. If you’re already using phare.io (or planning to start using it) feel free to upvote!
