I use safari desktop and don’t experience this (nor has it been reported). The ink reason homepage reloads the page is when a config changes so there must be something else afoot |

It's still happening. I'm attaching a clip here. Every time I scroll down, wait a few seconds, it jumps back to the top. Grrr.. Screen.Recording.2026-02-21.at.2.41.52.PM.mov |

Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
Description
Something that happens only on Apple Safari browser and not in other Chromium based browsers like Edge is that in Safari, HOMEPAGE keeps refreshing (i.e. reload circle spins) and the entire homepage reloads, thus jumping to the top of the page again. It's very annoying when I am trying to read the stuff half way down the homepage, only to see to reload and jump to the top of the page.
homepage version

Troubleshooting
I loaded Chrome and Edge. In both, this issue doesn't not happen. Not in MacOS nor in Windows 11 nor in Ubuntu Linux based distress like Pop! OS.
