Add more functionality to tray menu

While we don't yet have the browser extension for easy proxied sites list management, it would be great if Get Mode users could still have one-click access to the proxied sites modal even when the dashboard isn't open. We could add a tray menu item in Get Mode called "Proxied Sites..." which would open the dashboard up to the proxied sites modal.

We could also add more, like friends, settings, About, Contact and update Lantern.

Glad you like! While we're at it, maybe a menu item for settings (for both
modes) would be called for too.

Once translations land in the frontend, maybe it wouldn't be too hard to
look up translations for these guys in the same table. Just thinking ahead.

Also, let's make sure that disabled "lantern: " menu item is working properly or just take it out (the icon should reflect connectivity status already), and change "open dashboard" to "open lantern".

For symmetry with the global nav in the lower right of the UI, let's also add a "Settings" menu item that would (show Lantern if hidden and) take you to the settings modal. And let's put these three menu items under the "Show Lantern" menu item, in their own group. And if it's just as easy, let's add another group under that for the global nav at the bottom of the UI, for "Contact", "About", and "Update Lantern" (ideally in red, and only when there's an update available).

So, if setupComplete, the tray menu would look like:

Cool. #660 could come back into play here too, although it's tricky since all those menu item classes are different.
