Overview
Updates documentation to reflect profile-based auth (login/logout/config use) and adds guidance for using the CLI with AI coding agents.

Bumps @getlark/cli to 0.4.1, updates package metadata (MIT license/author), and changes src/index.ts to derive the CLI version from package.json instead of a hardcoded string. Also removes the .cursor/rules/git.mdc repo rule file.
