Language support for shell, SQL, TOML, Ruby and others

I've got a PR out with tests for 9 other languages. I've asked AI to pick the most used ones (of these, I only use shell and TOML in my repos). Our 15 person company already runs this daily, using my fork. Need buy-in from other users that this is something Paseo needs before we can get the PR in. Without tests, this adds 3 lines per language - no new dependencies.
