React and react-dom version mismatch after bump

The react specifier was bumped to ^19.2.4 (resolving to 19.2.4) while react-dom remains at ^19.2.0 (resolving to 19.2.1). React and react-dom are designed to be used at the same version — mismatched versions can cause subtle runtime bugs or warnings. The react-dom specifier and resolved version need to match the react version.
