Happened to work without internet today for a few hours, Kafka started acting up. Did the usual devservices purge && devservices up - The purge succeeded, the up needs internet to clone some git repos, now I couldn't bring my dependencies back up.
An --offline flag would be nice to just use already checked out and cached resources, allowing local work without internet access.
