Link to published artifacts in success confirmation #167
Description
The action creates a success comment to confirm publishing has completed:
For most targets, it should be possible to display links to the published artifacts. This would be:
- GitHub
- NPM
- PyPI
- NuGet
- Crates
- Cocoapods: Doesn't have a version-specific page, but shows the latest version on the top
- Docker: For Dockerhub only
- Gem
For GH Pages we could print a link to the deployed page for convenience.
