feat: add callout at top of releases page

Given that

• /product/releases is one of the top most visited pages
• when Googling "sentry sdk release" /product/releases ranks number 1 on Google (with the assumed intent that a developer wants to find out the latest release number for a given SDK)

I hypothesised that users were landing on this page whilst searching for SDK release information.

This PR adds a callout at the top of /product/releases to the Sentry GitHub profile.

Question for discussion:

Should we track if users are clicking on this link effectively to prove/disprove the hypothesis?
If we should, can we?
