Updated docs based on changes in getsentry/sentry-unreal#842 (removed Sentry CLI configuration type selector from the settings menu) so that now we fall back to using env variables automatically. |

This PR updates the Debug Symbols Uploading documentation for the Unreal SDK by detailing new configuration methods for Sentry CLI including properties files and environment variables.
