docs(js): Elysia quick start split layout and content cleanup

DESCRIBE YOUR PR

In this branch I have updated the Elysia quick start guide:

• applied new split layout
• cleaned up content under "Features" and "Runtime behavior"

Content Cleanup:

• Features > Automatic Error capturing -> moved under Configuration (same guide)
• Features > Automatic Tracing -> moved to /platforms/javascript/guides/elysia/tracing/instrumentation/automatic-instrumentation/#whats-captured-automatically
• Runtime Behavior -> also moved to /platforms/javascript/guides/elysia/tracing/instrumentation/automatic-instrumentation/#whats-captured-automatically
• Features > Distributed Tracing -> removed; this is already documented here? /platforms/javascript/guides/elysia/tracing/distributed-tracing/
• Features > Manual Spans -> moved to /platforms/javascript/guides/elysia/tracing/instrumentation/#starting-an-active-span-startspan

@logaretm, please have a look and let me know if you think any of the content has ended up in the wrong place.
