docs(snapshots): Add wipe and onion diff mode examples#17969

Expand the Sentry UI diff documentation into its own "Viewing Snapshot Diffs" section with example images for all three modes. Previously only the split mode had an example image; add wipe and onion examples and note the split mode mask overlay color/visibility options. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
