Oban telemetry handler detaches sometimes

Issue Description

The error is a NimbleOptions.ValidationError with message:

message: "invalid value for :stacktrace option: expected list, got: :user_stopped",

Stacktrace goes something like:

Versions:

• Oban 2.20.1
• Sentry 12.0.3

Might be fixed on later versions but we cannot upgrade yet, and I don't know what our compatibility policy is.
