Clarify Java Release Health support

Problem Statement

User asked via Discord, if Java/Kotlin on JVM desktop supports Release Health, specifically crash free percentage. Java docs mentioned this is supported, however Sentry UI and Release Health docs mentioned this is not supported. Is it possible to clarify if Release Health is supported? If not currently supported, please consider adding support.

As mentioned by @romtsn on discord, release health is supported for Java. What you need to do, is manually manage the session lifecycle (i.e. call Sentry.startSession()/Sentry.endSession() as appropriate for your app). It would be nice if that is added to https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/java/configuration/releases/.
