📜 Description
Bump the Spotless Gradle plugin from 8.6.0 to 8.8.0 and apply the formatting changes produced by the new version.
💡 Motivation and Context
This keeps the formatting toolchain updated separately from the Spring Boot 4.1 support changes in #5573, while making the formatter-generated diffs explicit.
