Expand microservices E2E application with auto-tracing tests

In the SDK we auto-instrument a number of nestjs building blocks. Some of these are also supported in RPC contexts (pipes, guards, interceptors). These should be auto-instrumented in the websockets context as well without any changes to our existing instrumentation. We should add tests to verify.
