Upgrade sample and E2E tests to RN 0.75

Description

Upgrade the E2E test to the latest 0.75 release.

Upgrade the mobile sample sample/react-native to the latest 0.75 release.

Use the workaround from #4074 to ensure auto upload on ios works.
