Hey, team. We're doing some cleanup on our Code of Conduct. I'm finding
CODE_OF_CONDUCT.mdfiles in subdirectories in this repo. The link in the sidebar goes to the global CoC (as we would like). I'm not sure if there's a purpose for the ones in subdirectories. I checked RubyGems and don't see it showing up there, for example. Are these alright to remove?#skip-changelog
