Oh boo, this results in sentry-21.11.0.dev0-0-py38-none-any.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform. during onprem tests. Will have to do this along with #29064 (comment)

Pretty much just https://github.com/asottile/pyupgrade#unittest-deprecated-aliases, was hoping to see a bit more but I guess our code is good.
