Document workflow target platform recommendations for the setup wizard changes in XcodeBuildMCP.

The XcodeBuildMCP PR adds targetPlatforms metadata to workflow manifests and uses it to guide setup recommendations. This updates the docs site so that metadata is carried through both live manifest fetches and generated snapshots, then rendered in the workflows table once the upstream release includes the field.

The current published XcodeBuildMCP manifest does not include targetPlatforms yet, so the workflows table hides the new column until real platform data is present. This avoids showing every workflow as not platform-specific during local preview or before the XcodeBuildMCP release lands.

The setup and contributor docs also clarify that platform metadata is recommendation guidance only. It does not gate runtime exposure, replace predicates, or replace per-tool capability checks.

Carry workflow target platform metadata through the docs manifest pipeline so the workflows table can show platform recommendations once the upstream release includes the field.

Explain how setup uses target platforms for recommendations without turning them into runtime gating.
