llama.cpp CLI included in AgentManager's tool catalog

Hi llama.cpp CLI maintainers — I've added llama.cpp CLI to AgentManager, an open-source CLI/TUI for discovering, installing and updating agent tools.

Local model inference and OpenAI-compatible serving tools for agent workflows. The entry uses ID llama-cpp, links back to this repository, and supports brew installation. Uses the macOS/Linux Homebrew formula, including llama-cli and llama-server. Choose compatible GGUF models and start inference or serving explicitly. GPU/backend availability depends on platform and hardware.

The addition is merged in PR #70 and available in catalog 1.0.84. Users can run:

agentmgr catalog refresh --force
agentmgr catalog show llama-cpp
