First pass at ATA CF controller probe function, for testing.
For now, only displays "cf: probe failed" but continues anyways, so recompilation not required. If this works, proper probe failure (i.e. with no controller present) will stop subsequent ATA initialization, since the XTIDE and XTCF addresses overlap some NE2K and WD network cards.
If testing shows "probe failed" with XTIDE or XTCF card installed, please let me know.
