Renames CONFIG_BLK_DEV_SSD_SD8018X to CONFIG_BLK_DEV_SSD_SD for clarity. Updates 8018x.config and necv25.config which are the only configurations using it.
Untangles and cleans up various Makefiles and ports.h, no functional changes.
