Allows C86 development system to compile programs by limiting filenames to 8.3 format. Should fix issue in #2491.
@tyama501, try this out. I'm currently having trouble actually building C86 due to possible problems in host
aron my upgraded macOS system, so I was unable to test.I'll work on the build problem separately, this should work for Linux hosts.
