How I Think About AI Systems

I do not treat AI output as final truth. I design workflows where AI helps with extraction, drafting, summarization, and prioritization, while important business or technical decisions remain reviewable by humans.

Good AI systems should be:

  • grounded in source material
  • structured enough to validate
  • connected to the real business process
  • safe with private data
  • easy for non-technical users to review
  • measurable by time saved, quality improved, or risk reduced
