• player: set some defaults for audio category and interruption handling. fix contradictory min/max buffer for android
• RNTP: user supplied duration param does not pass through to the native audio item in SwiftAudioEx, results in no progress and no duration/progress times in remote controls
• 5 star rating: save button should be save, not done.
• 5 star rating: enable setting and displaying 5 star ratings for songs, albums, artists. Limited to navidrome currently as not all servers return userRating on all items like navidrome does.
