Export only visible columns

Describe the bug

Looks like v10 is exporting all columns including those that are hidden. This is different from v9 and not what users expect.

Reproduction

• Go to: https://ghiscoding.github.io/slickgrid-universal/#/example02
• Remove some columns
• Click button "Export to Excel" or "Export to PDF"

oh right I don't have any Cypress E2E tests for that and I forgot to really check the columns that were exported, so I assume that I now have to filter the hidden columns (which I didn't have to do before).

Perhaps considering this new fact, I could also add a new option to includeHidden and default it to false
