A better way to handle stuff

Now the naming convention does more closely mirrors how RethinkDB is used and how it's explained in the documentation.

rethinkdb is a peerDependency instead of a dependency, this way the developer has more freedom on which version of the driver is using.

It works!

Now hapi-rethinkdb works!
