Multiple plurals for some strings

Some languages (i.e. Polish) have several forms for plurals, which makes parts of Pixelix hard to translate. So far I've found 3 strings that require plurals for grammatically correct translation.

• Posts, in Polish it's "2 wpisy" and "5 wpisów".
• Followers,"2 obserwujące", "5 obserwujących".
• Followed, "2 obserwowane", "5 obserwowanych".

I have no idea how that works on Crowdin, it's my first time using this translating service, but Weblate has a plural formula defined for every language and when it's needed devs give us 3 versions to translate: single, plural few, plural many.

Thanks for the Issue, I added plural versions of those strings, you should now be able to add diffrent versions for plurals, depending on what the language needs. So for polish for example you can specify "one", "few", "many" and "other".
