Support Voice Dictation Mode on Macos

What do you want to change?

I'd like to fix the current issue ghostty doesn't support voice dictation mode on macos ( #8717)

Why do you want to make this change?

I use ghostty and claude code for work and try to use voice to improve efficiency, but the cluade at my workplace use Amazon bedrock without /voice feature.

When checking existing issus, I see other people has similar issue, so I think it will not only benefit me but others if it's get fixed.

there are a bunch of other options (using libghostty) that do this... including one i work on that uses native apple speech-to-text... it's fast.
