Vouch Request: Fix libghostty-vt DLL CRT linking on Windows/MSVC

What do you want to change?

I want to fix a Windows/MSVC build failure for libghostty-vt when it is built as a shared library.

I found this while trying to package herdr v0.7.1 for conda-forge. The build failed in the conda-forge staged-recipes PR, so I looked into the Ghostty build configuration.

The issue seems to be that GhosttyLibVt.zig only links msvcrt.lib, while DLL builds with MSVC also need vcruntime.lib and ucrt.lib. GhosttyLib.zig seems already to handle this case, so I would like to make GhosttyLibVt.zig match that behavior.

Why do you want to make this change?

I originally prepared a downstream patch for the herdr recipe in
conda-forge/staged-recipes, so that the package could build there.

Without this patch, the build fails with the following error:

I would like to remove that downstream patch eventually, so I decided
to submit this fix upstream instead.
