Add port to Ghostty's ssh-terminfo cache

What do you want to change?

Ghostty ignores port when saving ssh-terminfo cache (uses user@address only, not user@address:port). So when 2 or more hosts are behind one address on different ports, which is normal case for homelab, only the first one is set up and second never gets terminfo installed.

Why do you want to make this change?

In .ssh/config I have 2 hosts a1 and a2 which point to same ip address, but different ports. And when I connect to them I have double characters and backspaces that don't erase when I press them on keyboard. I already have a fix with tests ready for a Pull request.
