quick terminal: close-open requires 3 global hotkeys calls when ghostty is not focused, 2 with ghostty.

self-explanatory: on my experience, you can close and reopen with 2 hotkeys presses (following the documentation example, a global hotkey of command-`.
But if any other app is focused I need 3 presses to close and reopen:
first closes, second looks like it does nothing an third re-opens it.

Yes, I disabled the close on focus away.

Thanks for the issue. Sorry for the delay. I'm going to close this since no one has been able to reproduce this and there doesn't seem to be a path to actionability here. This is also on an ancient version of Ghostty. If this still happens on tip (nightly) please open a new discussion.
