macOS: window-height and window-position-x/y doesn't work properly

Issue Description

My config always contains this:

window-height = 29
window-width = 101
window-position-x = 0
window-position-y = 0

With v1.2.2 window always have some margin on the top at startup and if there is no window-position options in config, than it rises.

First I thought that the issue is withwindow-position-x/y, than with window-save-state, but than I realize that the actual problem is in window-height. In my case if it less then 34 - there is a margin at the top and it increases as window-height decreases. So everything ok If I set this:

window-height = 34
window-width = 101
window-position-x = 0
window-position-y = 0

And window opens in the middle of the screen if i set this:

window-height = 4
window-width = 101
window-position-x = 0
window-position-y = 0

Expected Behavior

According to the docs the position is relative to the top-left corner and stays consistent with each open with each window height.

Actual Behavior

When starting ghostty the window opens with some margin from the top even when it is set to 0.
With each opening of the window margin on the top rises.

Reproduction Steps

1. Set this options in ghostty config

window-height = 4
window-width = 80
window-position-x = 0
window-position-y = 0

2. Run ghostty
3. Window opens in incorrect position
