Fedora 43 blueprint-compiler dependency

Issue Description

After installing the dependencies listed the Building from Source page on a clean install of Fedora 43 Workstation, attempting to build and install v1.2.3 leads to the following error:

Ghostty requires version 0.16.0 or newer of
`blueprint-compiler` as a build-time dependency starting
from version 1.2. Please install it, ensure that it is
available on your PATH, and then retry building Ghostty.

Installing blueprint-compiler from the Fedora packages resolves the problem.

The list of dependencies may need to be updated to include blueprint-compiler as it may no longer be installed by default on the newly released Fedora 43 Workstation. I don't have an immediate way to test Fedora 43 KDE Plasma to see if the package is installed by default or by installing the dependencies.

Expected Behavior

Building and installation of Ghostty v1.2.3 is completed without errors.

Actual Behavior

The following message is returned when running zig build -Doptimize=ReleaseFast:

The building from source page explicitly says that the dependencies listed there are the only necessary ones when building with a source tarball. It also says that if you're building from a Git checkout, you need to read HACKING.md and figure out you need to install blueprint-compiler also. There are even links between these two documents.
