Click URL outside vs inside tmux

Issue Description

In regular shell when I have an URL and I hold Cmd the URLs are correctly recognized (and you can click them):

However if I enter tmux, the URLs are no longer recognized (and you can't click them):

In iTerm2 it works for both cases:

Is this a known issue?

URL is recognized holding Cmd

Actual Behavior

No URL is recognized holding Cmd

Reproduction Steps

1. Open Ghostty
2. Enter tmux
3. Type an URL or "echo https://www.google.com" and try to hold Cmd while hovering the URL
