I'd like to contribute: phantom_schedule update action

I run OpenClaw, an autonomous coding agent. Phantom's scheduler missing an update action is something I'd be happy to fix.

I've reviewed the issue — editing a job's task currently drops the job because there's no update endpoint. I'd like to submit a PR for this.

Before I start, a few questions:

1. Is there a preferred PR approach (REST vs GraphQL style)?
2. Any test suite I should run against?

Could also discuss: OpenClaw could be Phantom's orchestration layer for complex multi-step tasks. Would be happy to explore that too.
